Enhancing Products and Technology-Based Services

To further enhance and support the efforts of site staffs and other members of the study community, the following special products and services can be customized and added to any TCN e-Systems e-recruitment product suite.
TCN e-Systems Product Lineup

GeoPopulation Analyzer
Combines your protocol's key eligibility criteria and other pertinent information from multiple data sources to create a specific algorithm for calculating populations of potential study participants in a given area who not only have the condition being studied, but also are likely to be eligible for your study. With this information, you can determine prime locations for sites, as well as best advertising media and funding allotments, based on population numbers, density, and proximity to investigative sites. GeoPopulation Analyzer is currently available for North America, the United Kingdom, and Western and Eastern Europe. View Demo >

Country-by-Country Planner
Our Country-by-Country Planner is customized to capture key data points relevant to estimating each study country's randomization rate for your study. It then creates weighted rankings for the countries against specified criteria, providing highly accurate projections with which to create baseline enrollment guides for multinational studies.

Report Portfolio
Houses a menu of template reports including: Enrollment Projections, Site Ranking, Survey Detail Report, Sponsor Report, and Macro Summary Report. All reports can be customized per study, and special reports can be custom-programmed upon request.

Study Web Site and Online Pre-Screener
Swift development and hosting of a Web site for your protocol. Web sites can include an online pre-screening functionality that directs qualifying patients to a call center or proximate study site for further screening, thereby reducing screen-fail rates and maximizing site staff recruitment capacities.

Enrollment Projection Modeling
Every study faces some barriers to enrollment. Understanding how significant those barriers are - and what to do about them - can mean the difference between enrolling ahead of schedule and having to extend your enrollment period. Enrollment projection modeling determines the amount of recruitment assistance that will be needed to enroll your study on time or ahead of schedule, and helps determine what type of recruitment tactics - television, print ads, site training, etc. - will be required. Enrollment Projection Modeling also can determine the value of your study in the eyes of potential participants (as opposed to the study's value to medical science), and can assess the healthcare environment in which your study will contend, which can be essential to rapidly and cost-effectively enrolling your study.

Market Research
All forms of market research - such as focus groups, online concept/message testing, omnibus surveys, and other forms of both primary and secondary research - can be designed to suit your needs or the needs of a specific protocol. We use methodologies that are specifically designed for gathering information and insight for use in the patient recruitment and clinical R&D industries.

Resource Library
Provides access to articles, white papers, and research findings on the latest industry thinking about patient recruitment and related topics, as well as to documented theories and data findings for patient recruitment. Also provides a wide range of tips and techniques for site staff on patient recruitment and retention best practices.
